Shipping and Return Policy

We offer free shipping all all orders. No minimum purchase requirement and no discount code needed.

At this time we only ship to the 48 Continental States in the U.S.

Shipping Times
Within the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii): Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

International Shipping: Unfortunately at this time we do not currently ship outside of the continental United States.

Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.

 

Returns

You will be sent a sample picture for approval before we print it on canvas. If not 100% satisfied you can request a revision or a full refund. Note we will not print until the design is approved by the customer.

Due to the customized nature of this art, once printed we cannot offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is entirely customized to you and your pet.

If you received the wrong product, incorrect size , or your product was damaged in transit. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will gladly fix it for you.
